Initial Meeting.
We listen -- what are your thoughts about the ceremony, what are
your concerns, what do you need assistance with, how can we best
serve you? At this time, you also receive your copy of the
Wedding Ceremony Resource Guide. The Guide includes:
* a basic outline
of a wedding ceremony
* 15 sample ceremonies
* over 20 pages of readings
* numerous
mini-ceremonies (such as the unity candle and rose ceremonies)
 The Resource Guide is
fantastic - it gave us so many great ideas.
We're thrilled with what we have so far!

Session. We meet to go over your initial thoughts about your
ceremony. Many times, couples have a very clear idea after
reading through the Guide and selecting and modifying what they
found . . . and adding words of their own. Of
course, you can also call upon our writing talents as well.
We also go over the
details of the rehearsal, such as how your attendants enter, where
they stand, where your parents are seated, etc. After this
meeting, you receive a "draft" of the wording. You read it
over, give me your feedback via email/phone, I rewrite those
sections ... until the ceremony is perfectly you!
Rehearsal.
We walk through the ceremony a time or
two, keeping the wording a secret, of course. This way everyone can relax a bit and better enjoy
themselves on the actual day of!
Wedding Day.
Arriving before the ceremony, we coordinate with the other wedding
professionals and provide an "oasis of calm."
Filing of
Documents. You apply for your
marriage documents but we can file the certificate for you so you can leave on
your honeymoon carefree!
Keepsake Copy
of Your Ceremony. This archive
quality print of your ceremony is wonderful for vow renewals on your
anniversary.
Because we create the ceremony
together, you can be assured the ceremony will be exactly as you
wish.
